Uniwyze's Role as a Technology Platform:

You acknowledge that Uniwyze functions as a technology platform and bears no responsibility or liability for products or services offered or reviewed by any third party ("Party"). Uniwyze does not engage in the sale, cultivation, packaging, or delivery of cannabis products, nor does it handle payments for cannabis. Parties and brands on Uniwyze are solely accountable for the lawful and compliant provision of their products or services.

U.S. Federal and State Law:

You explicitly recognize that marijuana (cannabis) is categorized as a Schedule I substance under the United States Controlled Substances Act. Manufacturing, distributing, dispensing, or possessing marijuana is illegal under federal law, potentially leading to arrest or prosecution. Medical use is not considered a valid defense. Interstate transportation of marijuana is a federal offense.

You further acknowledge that cannabis-related activities may be illegal in your state of residence and current location, unless compliant with applicable state laws.

Limited License Granted by Uniwyze

Upon your adherence to these Terms, the Additional Terms, and the Privacy Policy, Uniwyze extends a restricted, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license for you to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Websites and Services. However, this license excludes: (i) resale or commercial exploitation of the Websites, Services, or their content; (ii) collection, scraping, downloading, reproduction, distribution, copying, or use of any product, Uniwyze descriptions, prices, or other Website Content; (iii) derivative use of the Websites, Services, or Website Content; and (iv) utilization of data mining, robots, or similar tools for data extraction. All rights not explicitly granted in these Terms, the Additional Terms, or the Privacy Policy remain reserved by Uniwyze. Usage of Uniwyze's name, trademarks, or other IP Rights for "hidden text" or meta-tags necessitates express written consent. Uniwyze's licenses will terminate if you fail to comply with these Terms, Additional Terms, or the Privacy Policy.

Mobile App License

Subject to these Terms, the Additional Terms, and the Privacy Policy, Uniwyze provides a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and utilize its mobile application ("Mobile App") in executable object code format solely on your personal handheld mobile device for noncommercial use. Note that the Mobile App's availability depends on the third-party app platform you obtained it from ("App Platform"). This agreement pertains to you and Uniwyze, not the App Platform, which is not accountable for the Mobile App, its content, maintenance, support, or warranty. Each App Platform may impose Additional Terms for downloading the Mobile App, which you must comply with. Uniwyze retains the right to enforce copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property claims against third parties that improperly use User Content provided by you.

License Granted by You

While you retain ownership of User Content posted on the Websites or Services, by submitting it, you grant Uniwyze and associated entities worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable rights and licenses, including but not limited to:

1. Hosting, storing, archiving, modifying, or transcoding your User Content.
2. Using, licensing, streaming, distributing, reproducing, displaying, modifying, adapting, and commercializing your User Content.
3. Utilizing your User Content for advertising or promotional purposes.
4. Granting similar rights to third parties.
5. Enforcing copyright and intellectual property claims.

You also grant Uniwyze the right to use Licensed Data pushed to us through application programming interfaces, reformatting, modifying, adapting, and exclusively owning derivative works and interpretations of Licensed Data.

1. For subscription-related requirements involving identification cards, you will upload a valid, unexpired government-issued ID to your User Account. If third-party test results or data are necessary for account setup, you'll provide valid data conforming to relevant laws.
2. While we encourage constructive reviews and comments, Uniwyze reserves the right to remove content violating the Review Policies outlined on each Website or Service. You may report violations, but enforcement remains at our discretion.
3. Uniwyze and its affiliates are not obligated to intervene in disputes between users. You agree to indemnify and hold Uniwyze harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Websites or Services.
4. Uniwyze is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of User Content or interactions. Disputes between users are not the responsibility of Uniwyze.
5. The Dispute Resolution process involves informal negotiation and binding arbitration by the American Arbitration Association.

10. These Terms, along with Additional Terms and the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Uniwyze.
11. Uniwyze's waiver of rights is only effective in writing and signed by authorized representatives.
12. No third-party beneficiaries have rights under these Terms.
13. Uniwyze is not obligated to provide support or maintenance for the Websites or Services.
14. In case of invalid or unenforceable conditions, the remaining terms remain valid.
15. Your Uniwyze account and contents within are non-transferable and terminate upon your death.
